We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require you to cancel or withdraw from a course or program. In such cases, we have developed the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation and Withdrawal:
If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a course or program, you must notify the university by sending an email to our student services department at ss@delawaredigitaluniversity.com. The cancellation or withdrawal will be effective from the date that the university receives your email.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed based on the following schedule:
- If you cancel or withdraw before the course or program start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of any tuition fees paid.
- If you cancel or withdraw within the first day of the course or program start date, you will be entitled to a 75% refund of any tuition fees paid.
- If you cancel or withdraw after the first week of the course or program start date, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Exceptions:
- No refunds will be issued for any fees paid for books, materials, or other non-tuition related expenses.
- No refunds will be issued for special courses or programs.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be refunded in the same method of payment that was originally used after deduction of applicable bank charges.
- The university reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or programs due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
